About the Global Scholars Fund
The mission of Team See Possibilities is to inspire and empower young people with vision loss to thrive.
This year, TSP has funded more than $75,000 in scholarships to 18 fantastic vision impaired students. In addition to providing financial assistance of up to $5,000 in scholarships, we provide mentorship and peer connection to enhance our Scholars’ ability to thrive. We believe education is the gateway to fulfilling employment. Many of our Scholars are the only student with a vision impairment in their classes. By bringing them together through the TSP Scholars Program, we are forming a community so they are not alone in taking on their challenge.
About Dan
Co-founder and President of non-profit Team See Possibilities , Dan Berlin has never let his blindness dictate what he cannot do. He's run Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim in the Grand Canyon, the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, and completed dozens of endurance events. In 2021, alongside two of his best friends, Charles and Brad, acting as guides, Dan takes on one of his biggest challenges yet - the Wonderland Trail. A three-day 93-mile circumnavigation of Washington's most glaciated volcano, Tahoma (Mt. Rainier).
