We're hosting 4 webinars connected to the spring training community. They are free and open to all who want to participate. Each session will feature a specific topic and a chance to check in with Andrew to ask questions about training issues. Expect 30-40 of educational value and time for more personalized Q&A.

Andrew Fast: Catch the Stoke! Meet the Coach and Review the Plan
As a professional endurance athlete, coach, and Doctor of Physical Therapy, Andrew dedicates himself to human performance and helping others. His focus on mountain athleticism brings a mixture of science, old-fashioned wisdom, and a touch of philosophy to help others actualize their potential beyond sport.
Shannon O'Grady: Fueling Essentials
With a doctorate in Biology from the University of Utah, Shannon OGrady heads up all new product development at Gnarly Nutrition and has the pleasure of working with Gnarly's athletes to help them optimize both their daily and performance nutrition. A mother of two and competitive athlete herself, Shannon is continuously looking at the crossroads between training and nutrition for insights on improving performance, reducing injury and increasing longevity.
Derek Dalzell: Data and Analytics
Derek is the Sports Science Product Marketing Manager at COROS Wearables. He is passionate about sports performance and has been working with the team that developed the COROS Training Hub. His presentation will help all athletes interpret and adapt their training and performance based on individual data.
Kurt Perham : Maintaining a Healthy Mindset
Kurt Perham is the Founder and Head Coach of PBM Coaching. With an endurance sports career spanning nearly 30 years, Kurt has done and seen it all. He has raced at a high level in cycling, triathlon and nordic skiing.
Accountability and Community
Participating in the training community means adhering to our "ego free" community ethos. We've set up a private Strava Club where runners can post their workouts, comment, and connect with fellow trainees.
Winter in the Pacific North West is a dark, wet, and grey affair, and I love it. It is the season of discipline, routine, and training that prepares my body and mind for the equally opposite bright glorious days of summer mountain adventures.
